		<description>I&#039;m sad to hear that organizations don&#039;t want their people going to conferences and the like. That seems backwards to me. As a low-level fundraiser (I raise money because I have a daughter with a disease), I don&#039;t see this aspect of things. I think that frees me up a little more to use resources like what you suggest here, as well as go to any conferences I want to go to. Thanks!</description>
