Online Discussion: Executive Coaching
A growing number of charity leaders are seeking professional coaches to meet challenges on the job, The Chronicle of Philanthropy reports, and two management experts will be available online to discuss how coaching and other techniques can help nonprofit leaders balance their professional and personal responsibilities.
The online discussion will feature Christine Kwak — a program director for philanthropy and volunteerism at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation who has received training as an executive coach — and Michelle Gislason — an executive coach and projects director for CompassPoint Nonprofit Services, a San Francisco nonprofit group.
It will take place Wednesday, October 10, at noon Eastern time.
These discussions are open to everyone, not just Chronicle subscribers. You may find out more information and submit your questions in advance.
